Shipping for Orders
Dripp3d LLC ships orders within 24 hours of being placed through our website, with the exception of wholesale/large orders, backordered products, and pending payment orders (e-check, etc.). We offer multiple shipping methods for you to choose from, all through USPS. Once we create a shipping label and ship your package, you will receive an email notifying you of tracking details. Please allow an additional 24-48 hours for USPS to scan/update the tracking for your package.
If your original order gets returned to Dripp3d LLC by USPS (undeliverable, return to sender, etc.), feel free to contact us. We will reattempt shipment at your request once we receive payment for additional shipping cost. Dripp3d LLC does not resend returned orders unless buyer pays additional shipping cost.
Returns & Refunds
We want to make sure you are satisfied with your order, so we quality check our products and guarantee them. Please read our return policy below and feel free to contact us at any time.
Our warranty policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Returns are accepted for product defects only. Refunds will not be processed for products damaged by customer.
To initiate a return/refund, send an email to email@example.com describing the incident. Email should include: the issue with received item, picture of product defect (if possible), confirmation/order number from purchase and your name, email, address and contact phone number.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or store credit. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Clearance and closeout items are non-refundable and not eligible for returns. Discounted items are sold as-is and not eligible for returns. Dripp3d LLC reserves the right to determine eligibility for any and all returns and refunds.
Evolv Products Warranty
For issues and support with Evolv products you purchased from Dripp3d LLC, including DNA 250, 200, 75 and 60, please contact Evolv directly by visiting their website and navigating to their "Contact Us" section. Evolv offers a warranty on their products purchased at Dripp3d LLC. For details, view their warranty policy at https://www.evolvapor.com/warranty.
Due to the nature of the product, Dripp3d LLC itself does not offer warranty, returns, exchanges or refunds for any Evolv product, including but not limited to DNA 250, 200, 75 and 60.
This product is only shipped via domestic ground. A ground shipping fee will be added to your total order cost for this product.
This product will ship separately from other items ordered.
Please be aware Dripp3d LLC is currently unable to ship this item outside of the United States. If purchased for international shipment, you will receive a refund for the Lipo Pack.
If you have not received a refund for a return yet, please make sure it has been over 10 business days since we confirmed your refund was processing. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time to be posted to your account.

If you need to exchange an unused product for another product, send us details in an email to email@example.com and send your item back to: Dripp3d, 8171 Southwestern Blvd #165, Dallas, TX United States 75206.
Shipping for Returns & Exchanges
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Dripp3d, 8171 Southwestern Blvd #165, Dallas, TX United States 75206.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on your shipping address, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping/returning a package worth over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. In all cases, you are responsible for any items returned. If Dripp3d LLC does not receive a returned item, we cannot offer a return, exchange or refund.
Dripp3d LLC reserves the right to make determination for all returns, exchanges, refunds and the like. Each is handled on a case by case basis.
Please note regarding international shipments and orders: Dripp3d LLC does ship internationally, but does not assume the risk or cost of delayed or lost items. If your package is lost or delayed due to international shipping service and/or customs, Dripp3d LLC will not replace the order or refund the order. Please take care when ordering and be aware of the destination's policies on international shipments and custom clearance. If an international order gets returned to Dripp3d LLC, the cost of the items in the order will be refunded once buyer contacts Dripp3d LLC, less the cost of shipping. Dripp3d LLC does not resend returned orders unless buyer pays additional shipping cost. Customs clearance forms and shipping labels reflect sender Dripp3d LLC, and itemizes products ordered. Customs clearance forms and shipping labels declared value shows actual value of products ordered.
